01. Buyer Submission
Buyer issues ICPO + RWA + Company Registration Certificate + ID Copy with TSA for Seller's verification.02. Draft Commercial Invoice
Seller issues Draft Commercial Invoice; Buyer signs and returns it together with the Tank Storage Agreement (TSA).03. TSA Verification & Tank Payment
Seller verifies the Buyer’s TSA and pays the Buyer’s tank company for 1 day of injection. Buyer pays the remaining 4 days only after the tank farm company receives the Seller’s payment.04. Full POP Documents Issued
Seller provides the complete Proof of Product (POP) package, including:05. Dip Test & Injection
Buyer conducts Dip Test in Seller’s tank via SGS (at Buyer’s expense). Seller injects the fuel into Buyer’s tank. Buyer makes payment based on Q&Q by MT103 wire transfer / TT according to the final Commercial Invoice.06. Title Transfer & Lifting
Seller transfers the title of ownership as per Buyer’s instructions. Buyer lifts the product.07. Monthly Contract Continues
Subsequently, monthly shipments continue under the Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA) between Buyer and Seller.Proof of Product (POP) Package
